Rosh Creative ("we," "our," or "us") operates the TrueRing mobile application (the "Service"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data.

1. Information We Collect and Why
To provide core features such as Caller ID, Spam Detection, and Ghost Mode, TrueRing requires access to specific device permissions:
A. Call Log Information (READ_CALL_LOG)
- Purpose: We require access to your call logs solely to identify incoming numbers, detect phone numbers associated with spam or robocalls, and display relevant caller information on your screen during or after a call.
- Data Processing: Call log data is analyzed locally on your device to match against spam patterns or our secure caller database. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal call history with third-party advertisers or unauthorized data brokers.
B. Phone State (READ_PHONE_STATE)
- Purpose: This permission allows TrueRing to recognize when your phone is ringing, when a call is answered, or when a call ends. This is essential to trigger caller identification overlays and spam alerts at the precise moment a call arrives.
C. Financial & Billing Information (com.android.vending.BILLING)
- Purpose: TrueRing offers premium subscription features (such as Ghost Mode and advanced spam blocking). All transactions, billing details, and subscription management are handled securely and directly through Google Play Billing.
- Data Storage: We do not collect, process, or store your credit card numbers, bank account details, or financial credentials on our servers.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information for the following specific purposes:
- To provide, operate, and maintain the TrueRing Caller ID and Spam Blocking services.
- To alert you in real-time about potential fraudulent or unwanted calls.
- To manage user accounts, premium subscriptions, and feature access.
- To improve app performance, troubleshoot bugs, and enhance user experience.
3. Data Retention and Deletion
- Local Processing: Most call log processing occurs locally on your mobile device.
- User Control: You may revoke TrueRing's permissions at any time through your device's Settings > Apps > TrueRing > Permissions. Note that disabling Call Log or Phone State permissions will prevent caller ID and spam blocking features from functioning.
- Data Deletion Requests: If any personal data is stored on our cloud servers associated with your account, you can request full data deletion by contacting our support team. Upon verification, all associated user data will be permanently purged within 30 days.
4. Third-Party Services
We may employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service (e.g., Google Play Billing for payments, Google Cloud infrastructure for secure backend routing). These third parties have access to data only to perform specific tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
